Spring Terms of Service

Version 2.0 | Effective: October 7, 2026

Please read these Terms together with the Spring Privacy Notice and any product-specific terms shown before purchase or use.

1. Spring and your acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of digital services provided by PT SPRING TALENTA INDONESIA, Business Identification Number (NIB) 1906250065959, registered at Batu Tulis 8 No. 3, Kebon Kelapa, Gambir, Central Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 10120 (“Spring”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, selecting the acceptance checkbox or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the version displayed at that time. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase or use the services. Your acceptance will be recorded electronically.

2. Age and eligibility

Self-service B2C services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. Spring may request a date of birth, age declaration or other proportionate signal to verify eligibility.

Age-verification data is used primarily to determine access eligibility. Spring may retain the eligibility result, time and rule version, and may restrict access where age cannot reasonably be verified. You must provide truthful information. Any future school, sponsored or minor flow will be governed by separate terms and safeguards.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and devices and keeping account information accurate. You may not share, sell or transfer an account without Spring’s consent. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Google or other third-party sign-in services are also governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Spring does not control the availability or actions of those third parties.

4. Spring services

Services may include CV tools, shareable profiles, AI-assisted CV review, job information and applications, career or work-style activities, job simulations, reports or insights, Spring Coins and career-development programmes. Availability, features, access periods, outputs and prices may vary and will be described on the relevant offer or order confirmation.

A feature marked “coming soon”, “waitlist”, “beta”, “experimental” or similar is not a delivery commitment unless Spring accepts an order that expressly includes it.

5. Discovery, Acceleration and Guided Portfolio

Discovery supports structured reflection, understanding user-reported patterns, exploring options and planning next steps. Acceleration may support role-search, application and interview activity. Guided Portfolio may support the development and presentation of projects or case studies.

The binding scope is the package content, period, number of sessions, provider, price and policy displayed before purchase and in your order confirmation. Unless expressly stated in an accepted order, a programme does not guarantee employment, an interview, admission, higher income, placement, internship, partner certificate or any particular outcome.

Incomplete activities may be closed or restricted after the package period disclosed before purchase. Spring may grant an extension or restore access based on the circumstances and then-current operational policy without being required to make the same exception in every case.

6. Assessments, activities and results

Spring assessments, questionnaires, simulations, reports and insights are structured information for reflection, exploration, development or human review in the stated service context. Results describe responses or performance under a particular method, version and condition. They are not a medical or psychological diagnosis, fixed identity determination, guarantee of capability, performance prediction or career-suitability decision.

Results may be affected by language understanding, the conditions of completion, data quality, technology, response candour and method limitations. You remain responsible for considering other context and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate before making important decisions.

Spring may hold, correct or decline to issue an output when data is incomplete, a technical incident occurred, quality rules were not met or the output cannot responsibly be delivered. Payment does not guarantee any particular score or interpretation. Any fulfilment or refund rights remain subject to applicable law and the relevant product terms.

7. Career guidance and human support

If available, career guidance, mentoring, facilitation or coaching sessions will follow the scope, duration, provider and booking terms shown before confirmation.

These services support reflection, exploration and action planning. They do not guarantee employment, admission, a career decision or any particular outcome and are not healthcare or emergency services.

8. Artificial intelligence and automation

Spring may use automated systems or artificial intelligence to assist with CV suggestions, drafting or summarisation, and explaining approved outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be critically reviewed.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, AI does not make final employment or programme-admission decisions. It may not alter source scores, create diagnoses or guarantee outcomes. Processing by technology providers is further described in the Privacy Notice.

9. Jobs and third parties

Vacancies may be supplied by employers or sourced externally. Some vacancies redirect you to a third-party website, after which that party’s terms and privacy practices apply. Spring does not guarantee the authenticity, availability, accuracy or outcome of an external vacancy.

For Spring-hosted applications, the named employer may access the data and outputs disclosed before you apply or begin an assessment. The employer remains responsible for its final recruitment decisions. Spring provides supporting information and does not guarantee an interview, progression or employment.

10. Prices, payments and Spring Coins

Prices, taxes, fees, order contents and access periods are shown before confirmation. Payments may be handled by a third-party provider. You must use a valid and authorised payment method.

Spring Coins are digital access units within Spring. They are not electronic money, deposits, investments or payment instruments outside Spring. Coins do not earn interest and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash unless required by law or expressly agreed by Spring. Topping up Coins does not automatically purchase a programme; each programme purchase requires separate confirmation.

Balances, expiry, use, promotions and treatment on account closure follow the information disclosed before purchase and the applicable policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

11. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund rules may differ by product and must be shown before purchase. Unless the law or offer provides otherwise, use of a digital product, issuance of a report, delivery of a session or commencement of work may reduce or eliminate any refundable amount.

If Spring cannot provide a material purchased component, Spring may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedy the service, reschedule, provide replacement access, offer reasonable credit or refund the unfulfilled portion. Nothing here removes non-waivable consumer rights.

12. User content and shared profiles

You retain ownership of original content you upload. You grant Spring and its technical providers a limited, non-exclusive and terminable permission to host, copy, format and process that content as needed to provide, secure, improve and support the services in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

Profiles and CVs should be private by default. If you publish or share a link, recipients may view or retain what you make visible. Do not publish sensitive data, identity numbers, financial information or a full home address. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

13. Personal data and the Privacy Notice

Spring’s Privacy Notice further explains personal-data categories, purposes, processing grounds, recipients, providers, retention, transfers, security and user rights. These Terms do not request blanket consent to all processing. Where consent is required for a particular purpose, Spring will request it separately.

You may request access, a copy, correction, restriction, withdrawal of consent, deletion or other applicable rights using the privacy contact below, subject to reasonable identity verification.

14. Prohibited conduct

You may not access another person’s account; misrepresent identity or responses; disrupt, overload or test system security without permission; unlawfully copy item banks, rubrics, reports or code; upload malware or unlawful content; scrape without authorisation; bypass access controls; or use the services to harm, discriminate against or infringe another party.

15. Intellectual property

The platform, marks, designs, software, presentation methods, materials, items, simulations, rubrics and Spring or licensor content are legally protected. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while complying with these Terms. No intellectual property is transferred except for the stated right of use.

16. Availability, maintenance and service changes

Spring uses reasonable efforts to provide the services but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or universally compatible operation. We may perform maintenance, technical changes, security remediation or feature retirement. For a material change to an unfulfilled paid service, Spring will take reasonable steps to notify you and provide suitable alternative fulfilment or resolution.

17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as available”. Spring does not warrant that information, assessments, reports, advice, vacancies or programmes will produce any particular decision, performance, health, education, recruitment or career outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

To the extent permitted by law, Spring is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses or lost opportunities that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of transaction. For a claim arising from a particular paid service, Spring’s aggregate liability is limited to proven direct loss and, where legally permitted, will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of personal-data obligations or mandatory consumer rights.

18. Suspension and termination

Spring may reasonably restrict or suspend access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, user protection or valid payment enforcement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and available remedy. Serious or repeated breach may result in account termination.

You may request account closure. Closure does not automatically erase records that must or may lawfully be retained, completed transactions, or information separately controlled by an employer to which you applied. Deletion and retention are explained in the Privacy Notice.

19. Changes to these Terms

Spring may update the Terms to reflect service, legal, risk or operational changes. Material changes will be notified within a reasonable period before they take effect. Where new acceptance is required, Spring will request it. A confirmed order remains governed by the version accepted at transaction unless a change is required by law or security or mutually agreed.

20. Governing law, complaints and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Please first submit a complaint to Spring so the parties can seek an amicable resolution. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent consumer dispute-resolution body, court or other forum under applicable law. Nothing limits a mandatory complaint or dispute right.

For Indonesian users, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails over this English convenience translation to the extent permitted by law, without limiting mandatory rights.
