If you're a creative strategist who's energised by story-crafting — the kind of person who walks past a treatment room and immediately thinks there's a story here — this one's for you. We're a beauty clinic looking for a Content Strategist who can do two things at once: tell a story worth trusting, and prove it works. On any given week, you'll: Shape the narrative behind our treatments — turning clinical expertise into content people actually understand, trust, and book from. Treat every campaign as a hypothesis. You'll test hooks, formats, and angles, read what the data tells you, and fine-tune from there — no guessing, no "post and pray." Run real experiments: A/B your thumbnails and captions, trial new formats, find out why one reel converts and another doesn't, then do more of what works. Own the content calendar across our channels and keep it grounded in results, not vibes.

Ideation and Planning: Generating creative concepts, writing scripts, and developing a content calendar based on current trends. Content Production: Creating high-quality, relevant content (video editing, graphic design, copywriting) designed to stop scrollers. Platform Management: Uploading and optimizing content for specific platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok) to maximize visibility. Analytic Tracking: Monitoring engagement metrics (likes, shares, views) to understand audience preferences and improve future performance. Collaboration: Working with marketing teams to align content with brand goals and promotional campaigns and partnership with cross-brand, community dan KOL.
