This position will replace the current Appraisal Staff who will resign by the end of this October, this person will report to Appraisal Team Lead, Credit Legal and Appraisal Circle Lead, as well as Legal and Litigation Function Head. The expectation shall include the one that has experience in, including but not limited to having extensive experience in various aspects of appraisal and valuation processes such as real estate, machinery, financial instruments, securities, and familiarity with different appraisal methodologies, such as cost, income, and market-based approaches, as well as discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis for more complex assets.

Credit Reporting Staff Jakarta – Credit Operations & Back Office Credit Reporting & Operation Control Service – Full-time - Contract – Onsite This position key role is to preparing and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports to Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The role involves gathering and reviewing data from various departments, verifying figures, and preparing credit-related and other regulatory reports. It also includes maintaining report documentation and supporting ad hoc regulatory projects—such as implementing new regulations from OJK or BI—to ensure smooth execution.
