Preparing GTM (Group Marketing Promotion), training materials, and conducting training, especially for designers, salespeople, marketing managers, and other relevant parties. Sourcing, developing, following up, and implementing new complements for online and offline retail and business development projects. Exploring potential new vendors and trending complements. Coordinating (especially operational activities) with internal parties and related parties for events, product catalogs, collaboration with designers, product inventory, retail distribution, completeness of support data, and other matters related to complement and fit out materials. Launching new IDEMU fit out materials and HOME complements on time. Reviewing and monitoring Sales, action plan improvement. Implementing K3L/SHE, 5R, and protecting the environment at the work site.

Consult with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences. Develop design concepts, including layout, color schemes, and material selection. Prepare and present design proposals to clients. Provide accurate project cost estimates and ensure alignment with client budgets. Deliver excellent customer service and creative solutions to achieve client satisfaction. Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Lead and execute end-to-end e-commerce sales strategy, budget, and targets (daily, monthly, yearly, seasonal). Drive sales growth through category management, product strategy, promotions, user experience, and traffic optimization. Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics across marketplaces and brand.com to identify growth opportunities. Lead digital marketing execution including marketplace ads and coordinated campaigns with the marketing team. Manage platform relationships, operations, brand reputation, and customer service excellence. Ensure merchandise availability, strong online visibility, and consistent brand presentation. Build, coach, and develop the e-commerce team to deliver high performance.

Ensure the availability of furniture and accessories products according to sales needs at each location. Control the age of furniture and accessories stock to ensure that the established aging target is achieved. Regularly report on the availability of furniture and accessories products and recommend solutions to any issues that arise. Prepare price lists and ensure appropriate pricing for furniture and accessories products. Analyze product sales performance. Analyze competitor/market products and prices.
